Dr. Roberta A.G. (Roberta) Swain is a native of Meridian, Mississippi. She received her undergraduate education at the University of Alabama as well as a year abroad at the University of Edinburgh at Scotland. She received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Microbiology and a minor in English. She then attended medical school at the University of Alabama School of Medicine at UAB. She completed her training at Emory University with an internship in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine and a residency in Dermatology.
She is a board certified dermatologist and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology. After a year in Savannah at the Georgia Skin and Cancer Clinic, Dr. Swain and her husband, Ronnie, moved to Mobile and she has been a dermatologist in the multi-specialty medical group at the Mobile Infirmary, the Diagnostic and Medical Clinic. She is now excited to continue to provide expert dermatologic care of skin diseases and skin cancer to the adults and children of the Gulf Coast in her own clinic, Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery of Mobile, PC, as part of Mobile Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and Dermatology, Inc. with Dr. Christopher Park and The Park Clinic for Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery, PC.
