Knee and Lower Leg Contouring

Excess skin of the knees or lower leg is difficult to treat due to the proximity of the vital structures and the high visibility of resultant scars.  Excisions are rarely performed. Inner knee liposuction is effective if performed by a surgeon well versed in the complex anatomy of the area. If calf implants are strongly desired, a plastic surgeon experienced in calf augmentation should be selected in order to reduce the significant risks of the operation.
